I led the concept and design for PwC’s Business Transformation sector, creating a webpage to showcase the firm’s 2022 Customer Loyalty Survey findings. The site highlighted how businesses can strengthen customer relationships, increase lifetime value, and reduce churn through actionable insights.

I developed wireframes and prototypes and a a visual system using geometric shapes and modular layouts to illustrate the dynamic push-and-pull forces shaping consumer behavior, crafting a cohesive and engaging data-driven storytelling experience. Collaborating closely with a 2D animator, I brought the concept to life through motion and interactivity.
Result
The award winning project extended into a multi-channel campaign, including social media, amplifying the reach of the insights. The final design balanced analytical clarity with visual impact, reinforcing PwC’s position as a trusted advisor on customer loyalty and business growth.
